My experience at Perrys Dover Ford Commercials could have been better because the vehicle was ready much later than expected. Mechanical faults were observed on the journey home. Service department could only offer a diagnosis slot 12 days after faults reported and I was told that I may be liable for diagnostic fees if faults were not covered by warranty. Have returned vehicle and have not yet heard anything from dealership. Requested cancellation of extended warranty as I don't believe that I would receive adequate service if any further problems occur due to the poor experience so far.

My experience at Perrys Dover Ford Commercials could have been better because there was a total lack of communication, not returning calls, no follow up call since taking delivery of the van.
The cab interior had had a quick wipe round it was meant to have a full valet.
The whole process felt like it was carried out to a deadline, rather than a standard.
Originally the sales person said Wednesday, she changed it to Thursday to ensure it would be ready.
It was only ready because of many calls chasing it up the with manger.
